Solid, informative
Dr William Neidinger offers a lecture series beginning in Ancient Egypt, running through ancient Greece, Rome, the Byzantine and Ottoman Empires and the European Renaissance. These are topics we all covered in our schooling but in a superficial, intermittent manner. I have been watching Dr. Neidinger's lectures on my Kindle to fill in the gaps in my education. For some reason you never see the lecturer's face in any of his many videos. Rather, he concentrates on views of maps, sculptures, paintings, artifacts and locales. It is to Amazon's credit that such a series can be offered to the viewing public.
